Returns Policy
If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Our free return service is available for UK customers only, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and condition.
To start the return process, email us with :
- Order Number
- Images of the product being returned
- Reason for return.
We will then send return package details on email. Follow the steps to receive your prepaid Royal Mail label, which you will need to print and take to your local post office. Please include a note with your order number and reason for return; missing information may delay processing.
We recommend obtaining proof of postage for all returns. Refunds are not available on sale items or second-quality items.
Once we receive your returned items, the purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method, typically within seven days. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed. Please note that original postage fees are only refunded if the item was defective or sent in error.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected, ensuring all items meet expected quality and function. For hygiene reasons, returns on wearable products are only accepted if unopened, unworn and undamaged.
